Pregnancy symptom or something else???

So I've had sore tender boobs for a couple days now and though I'm not enjoying it, I have to say I'm pleased just because of the reassurance!  However tonight I've started having this throbbing feeling in my gums.  It's not painful really, just uncomfortable, like I can feel my heartbeat all throughout my gums.  Is this a pregnancy symptom/pregnancy related or something else entirely?
