Do this go on FOREVER?

So my pregnancy has really been pretty easy thus far, no morning sickness, I just sleep ALL the time. 

Anyway, I'm really not into these cramps that almost burn sometimes. I know it's the uterus growing but do you feel that the WHOLE pregnancy as it grows?

 Another thing is I keep worrying about whether something is wrong because I'll have a pain but then it'll just be gas or something bathroom related. Does this stuff even out at any point lol?
