It hurts when my bladder/kidneys get full...

I'm not trying to get a diagnosis, but some thoughts and ideas or to see if anyone has had similar pains.

 

At night when my bladder/kidneys get full it hurts. Then I urinate and the pain subsides. Its never hurt me before to have my bladder/kidneys be full before but with in the last week or so its been hurting. It doesnt hurt when I pee just before. And then today after I peed (first thing this morning) I had pretty bad cramping after I peed. It was weird. 

I AM going to talk to my dr about it. I'm just on the fence if I should call today and talk to a nurse, or if I should just wait til tomorrow when their open.  

 

BTW. I'm 7 wks with my 2nd pregnancy. Never had anything happen like this last time. TIA!!
