Im pregnant and need advice!

My husband and I found out yesterday that im pregnant! Im so excited! I want to tell the whole world. haha We told our best friends the news today so I can have someone to talk to and ask questions for now. We are not sure how or when we are going to tell our parents. I want to do something creative tho. Not like opening a gift because that would give it away. My friend told me I should write "im pregnant" on my belly then tell my mom that she have to see this scratch that i got from work then lift my shirt... Its cute but i fell like we can do better. lol I need help...any ideas?
