Driving me crazy.. Am I? Or not?!

So I guess I'm just looking for reassurance. I have always been very regular with 25 day cycles (although I don't chart/temp etc), and AF is now 7 days late. I have taken several HPT, and the results were very faint. My doctor quickly got me in on Thursday (7/5). I had a negative urine test. They drew blood and yesterday (7/6), he called with the news that it was positive! I asked for the HCG levels but he didn't have them. Which concerns me. And now today (7/7) I started to have bright red bleeding, with cramping and a lower back ache.

Sometimes I wish Google didn't exist. There is SO much contradictory information. I know everyone's experience is different. I think I need to disable my Google search bar for a bit!

So since I don't know when I ovulated, it is driving me crazy wondering if I am having implantation bleeding. Or if its random bleeding or an early loss. I know time will tell.. but it has been a roller coaster of emotions, and waiting is hard.
