13 weeks pregnant...fever, virus, Tylenol, antibiotics, CT w/contrast...NERVOUS!

I am just turning 14 weeks pregnant this week.  I just came down with a week long fever, virus, UTI and ended up in the ER yesterday for 9 hrs.  I have had to take Tylenol all week to keep the fever down (natural methods were not working), the ER was CONVINCED I had a pulmonary embolism and said I needed a CT with contrast otherwise it could be deadly, and after discovering a UTI, I needed to be on antibiotics.  All of these meds, high fever, virus, a CT scan...while the organs are still developing.  I am very very nervous.  Does anyone have any experience with this?  Thank you!
