When is MaterniT21 done?

I looked on the site and either I'm not seeing it or it doesn't say when it's done.  On other web pages that talk about it I've seen it say it can be done as early as ten weeks but that's the only mention I've seen of a timeline.  Is there a cut off for when it's done?
