Waitressing

I have been a waitress for over two years.  Now That I am 7 weeks pregnant it's a whole new ball game.  After long shifts I head to bed only to wake a few hours later to painful cramping,  I know I should be fine to work this early in my pregnancy,  And I know I should expect cramping while I'm growing,  But I can't help worrying I am hurting my pregnancy.  Does anyone else have cramping issues do to work?
