8 weeks and showing already. Is this normal?

I'm only 8 weeks along and I'm already starting to show. I have a very very petite build (average weight is about 102 give or take) and am wondering if this is normal? When I went to the doctor they said everything was healthy but i'm still curious. I've been pregnant before but lost it at 10 weeks. Do any of these things make a difference in when your belly starts showing?
