Stomach bug?

Has anyone had the stomach bug while pregnant?  It's been going around at work and today I caught it. I know dehydration is a big concern with all the vomiting/diarrhea but is there anything else I should be aware of? Also, what gave you the most relief from your symptoms? (BTW, I'm 12 weeks)

 

I havea call into my nurse hotline, I was just interested on your opinions too!
