Very early ultrasound?

Hey, I'm Bee, My husband and I just found out we are expecting  Im new here and I have a question. I feel like a paranoid wreck but I am just hoping for some reassureance.

 I just found out I am pregnant and I went to the Doctor and they confirmed with a blood test. They then did an ultrasound to check gestional age but saw just about nothing. They said I was probably just extremely early pregnant about 4weeks 5 days. They said They Can't Confirm Uterine Pregnancy? and I need to come back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound. Now I am scared to death and I am hoping it is normal for the 4.5week ultrasound to show almost nothing.

They said I had the signs of an early pregnancy but I don't know what that means, Am I not pregnant and the tests were wrong? or is an ultrasound that early never show up? Sorry for all the worry but I am scared and I don't know who to ask.
