Orgasm during first trimester...

Is it ok to have an orgasm during the first trimester? I'm feeling fine however I know that an orgasm causes the uterus to contract. During my first appointment our doctor did not forbid us from having sex, so I guess I'm not high risk. Also, just realized tht I drank a little carton of organic chocolate milk that expired on 6/12/12. Should I be worried  for oth of my concerns? Pregnancy hs changed me completey...in a good way! Thanks ladies.
