what is wrong with me?!

I totally just passed out for 2 hours in DD's bed while reading her a few bed time stories. Clearly I'm over tired and should just go to sleep, but found it necessary to stuff my face with candy that I've had laying around for months un-touched. Feeling slightly guilty and sugar sick... I am now making my way to bed.
