Have you bought your first baby item?

I'm really excited to buy some baby stuff, but I'm holding off because 1) we're moving in 2 months and 2) I want to find out the sex of baby first. Just curious, have you all made any baby purchases yet? What is the first thing you bought or are planning to buy?
