No symptoms..... Almost 10 weeks

I know I shouldn't complain but I am 10 weeks tomorrow and I hav virtually no symptoms.   I had cramps unil 6.5 weeks but now nothing.  I have zero m/s, my boobs. Are only sore at night, I'm bloated every so often....other than hunger ( which I always have by the way) I don't feel pregnant!  Has anyone else ever had little to no symptoms.   I suppose I shouldn't worry but this is my first and i really don't know what is normal or even common.
