Needing a second opinion!

Hey everyone! i just found on last friday i was pregnant! We have been trying for 3 years and this was our second round of the clomid pill, so as you can tell we were VERY excited to get a positive test.

How ever, last night i took 3 more tests and they all came back negative. I also have been having a little bit of cramping almost like i am going to start my period. 

I called my doctor and we did a blood test, we haven't gotten the results back yet, but i was just curious if anyone else has gone thru anything like this????
