Pregnancy Tickers? Starting at week 1 instead of week 4?

Hi, Have any of you found any pregnancy tickers that start at week 1 and go through full term at 37 weeks? I'm seeing on "the bump" that all of the tickers start at week "4" presumably the week your period would have been due, so that means you are only 1 week actually pregnant.  If I wanted to chart week by week (either in my signature line or any other announcement online, what would you recommend for the 1w-37w count-down? Thanks!
