how to tell my siblings

I have 2 older sisters and a younger brother, each with their own unique personalities and lives, of course.  My oldest sister has 2 toddlers and I know she will be thrilled when I share the news.  

 Sister #2 sees herself as the "black sheep" of the family, is unmarried, no kids.  She has always been extremely supportive of me, but when I told her today about being pregnant, she did not exactly sound happy for me.     I think sometimes that she thinks I am "jumping ahead" of her since I got married before her, etc.

 My brother (1 year younger than me) and his wife just had a miscarriage last month, so I know when I tell him, it will probably be a sensitive and bitter topic.  

 Anyone else dreading telling some family members? My parents and my husband's family have all been thrilled.  Sometimes I think stuff like this is just how childhood sibling rivalries play out in adulthood. Even though we all love each other very much and get along great, there can be underlying sensitivities.
