not feeling so great...

Sooo I'm debating on calling my OB right now. I've been having some major lower abdominal pain... sometimes it's cramps, sometimes it's just pain. Everything feels very tender right now. And honestly, there are times when it's so painful I feel nauseous and want to cry. There's no bleeding at all... So, call the OB or just take some Advil and "walk it off" (so to speak)? I kind of feel like I'm over reacting and I called my OB a ton with DS (first time, so I was a worry wort). What do you ladies think?
