my doctor is retiring!

June 2012 in 1st Trimester

So I went in for my first OB appointment and found out that my Doctor is going to be retiring in October and that I will be switched to the resident taking over, I am not high risk but I am complicated and require more then the normal due to other health conditions. I wanted to know what some of you thought should I stick with my doc till October or switch now and start out with a new doctor?? Not sure what to do?. I am due in January with my third
