Keepin Secrets

So I just found out I'm pregnant but don't feel comfortable sharing the news yet. My first pregnancy ended in a m/c and I'm just not willing to go public until I know everything is going smoothly. My problem is that we have weddings every single weekend in July and I'm not sure how to keep it a secret when I will not be drinking (and these are drinking people).

Anyone got suggestions for me? I already thought about just having my hubby dote on me extra hard at the receptions and make him get me "drinks" which can just be pop so no one would know the different but...PLUS I'm horrible at keeping secrets.
