1st Trimester

Scared of miscarriage

June 2012 in 1st Trimester

I'll be 6 weeks on Thursday, and have very little symptoms (slightly sore nipples and some cramping here and there without blood). I just watched my best friend miscarry at 6 weeks about one month ago. All of the statistics are running through my mind and I'm having a hard time shaking them. This is my 1st pregnancy and my first appointment isn't unti July 10th. Please help calm my nerves!
