My Mother!!

I have been having trouble with my own Mom.... We told her and only two others about the pregnancy at about week 8 before we had our first doctor appointment. We asked her not to tell anyone and she called lots of people/and family members before I even got to let my Dad know about it. I confronted her about it and she said it was MY problem that I couldn't enjoy this time of blessing. She made me feel really bad and has my family spreading gossip. I don't want to be rude or let bitterness be in my heart but it's been really rough!!! I wish she could respect my choice when to let people know about it. Any advice???
