Vagina Discharge

Hi Ladies!

I just made 7 weeks this past Thursday and I just noticed light yellow colored discharge after wiping. It was odorless and I'm not experiencing any signs/symptoms of a yeast infection (i.e. no itching, burning sensation during urination and no redness in the vaginal area). I've looked it up online however I've only found stuff on foul smelling yellow discharge, which is not what I have.

Anyone else have this or know where I can find more info? I'm not really worried because I know my body is going through so many changes but I just hate not knowing.
