Congestion

Is anyone else super congested? My OB says taking Afrin is OK but everything I've read says that it is a class C drug. I don't want to take it and and so now I'm not ( I tried it once and it fixed the issue)  But this means I'm not sleeping well and the congestion only clears up when I work out or am very active.

 

Anyone have any luck with home remedies that are safe or had their OB suggest something that would be safe or for that matter just had the congestion clear up? I'm at the end of week 13 and I've been congested since week 9...It's pretty unbearable but I don't want to hurt the baby...
