Good Morning ladies, Happy Friday!

Anyone of you having trouble with constipation? Have any recommendations? I do have a prescription for Zofran (which I know causes constipation), however, I try really hard NOT to take it because of that side effect. I am eating high fiber items, along with taking metamucil 3 times a day and take stool softners at night. AND still not having a BM.

Any suggestions?
