Pregnant with endometriosis

Hello, I was just wondering if there is anyone out there with a similar situation who might be able to give some input. First off, I feel very blessed that I was even able to get pregnant with my situation... and fairly quickly! I had my right ovary and fallopian tube removed a little over a year ago due to a large ovarian cyst. In October I had surgery again to remove a lot of adhesions due to endometriosis. The doctors were unable to actually remove the endometrial tissue planted in my right side. Since then I've had pain daily in my right side. We started TTC in December and got a BFP on April 21. The past couple of days I've been getting a lot of twinges of sharp pain in my right side, which feel very familiar, but now that I'm pregnant they have me worried sick. Should I be concerned or is it normal to just still be feeling pain of ahesions??
