Reading to growing baby

Hi new mommies,

 

I have always heard that it is important to read to the fetus/baby especially even during the first trimester, as it aids in growth and development of the brain.

 

Do any of you plan to read to your growing baby over the next few months, and what will you read?  Has anyone done this with previous pregnancies?
