Anyone know about progesterone levels?

Im waiting for my 2nd bloodwork results today at 3pm - testing my hcg levels since ive been spotting...

but looking over the paperwork, it says my progesterone came back at 12.12  on the little chart it says expected first tri progesterone levels are 11.22 - 90 so i feel like i am at the low end and maybe this is the cause for spotting?

I am estimating I am 7 weeks (i was charting so i know for sure LMP) and i will ask my doctor today at 3 - but of course Im anxious so wondering if anyone knows if my levels are on the low side for 7 weeks?
