End of week symptoms...

So we talked about this in another thread a few weeks ago, but I am completely convinced that my symptoms come Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and usually start going away on Saturday to a symptom free Sunday,Monday and Tuesday...I've been tracking my sickness, throwing up and nausea, and it is clearly a pattern towards the end of the week...is this all in my head or do the symptoms somehow correlate with my change into the next week...?
