1st Trimester

How many u/s?

May 2012 in 1st Trimester

So I know every doctor's office is different, but besides the ones who do only one at 20 wks, how many u/s are you having?

I had my first at 6 wks. I have my second appt on Friday (9wks) and I'm wondering if they will do another u/s. I did ask the nurse before and I swear she said yes but I can't remember. I'm just wondering if it's normal to do it this often. I know there an elective NT scan at 12 wks.
