How do you guys handle the time in between ultrasounds?

I had an u/s at 6 weeks (initial u/s to confirm pregnancy), and then two more at 7 and 8 weeks bc of a SCH (once at the ER and another at the drs office). 

It's been 3 weeks, and we go in for our NT next week.  How do you guys handle or calm yourself in between these visits?  We're still early that we can't feel the baby move/kick, and we certainly can't ask the dr for weekly u/s to peek in on our babies.  How do we know that baby is doing well when we have no way of telling?
