Might be pregnant too early to test

As of today I am 5 dpo. Yesterday I had some brown discharge and I have been feeling pressure on my lower abdomen. I couldn't sleep last night but when I finally got about an hour and a half of sleep I was having very vivid dreams. That is unusual for me. The past two days I have had an unquenchable thirst and this afternoon I have started feeling nauseous. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
