free gifts 4 kids??

Anyone ever try this out? It says everything is free, but i'm skeptical.  I understand (and emphasized in previous/similar post) that they will likely flood your email , but is it worth it? I know it won't be the best stuff, but I'm having 5 babies- I'll take anything I can get!
