morning cramps

HI everyone! Just  quick question just to see if anyone else has had this happened or if it is normal.  (Sorry I worry about every little thing)

Im 10 and a half weeks and I've noticed that throughout my pregnancy, some mornings I wake up perfectly fine, and then others I wake up with back pain and mild cramping.  I have had none what soo ever bleeding, just this cramping, and only when i wake up after sleeping in (I wake up at 230am five days a week for work so 6am is sleeping in for me lol).  Anyone else have this something?
