Hi Ladies!
Just recieved a BFP on Saturday after a year of trying (EDD 1/8/13 so says FF) - I am so excited to be here and to start my journey with all of you.
Question: I am overweight (180lbs) and I have been on a weight loss journey since 2008 when I lost 60 lbs and have pretty much kept it off until this past year when I have been slowly putting it back on (I was 155 at my lowest point).
Everywhere I have been reading says to eat an additional 300 calories a day - is that on an intake that keeps you maintaining your current weight? Right now my caloric intake is about 1,500 calories and I exercise 4-6 days a week.
