Prego...again (after 2 miscarriages)

Hello, I'm 19 and this is my 3rd "pregnancy". My first was about 6 months ago and my 2nd a little over a month ago, I'm about 4 weeks so I got pregnant directly after. I'm sick of miscarriages. The first I was working at a pretty physical job and at about 6 weeks had one. Last time I found out and 4 days after I had one. I am a High-Risk pregnancy. I have DVT (deep vein thrombosis aka a blood clot which I take blood thinners for). I just don't want another miscarriage. I'm feeling like I shouldn't get too attached to the baby. I've been very depressed (when I'm not excited) and stressed about this.
