temperature issues.

i know that i am supposed to be running a bit warmer on the temperature scale right now but i am like rediculously warm all the time and getting hot flashes that are just giving me small headaches and increasing my nausea.  Is there anything i can do for these before the summer hits and it gets stupid hot outside to match?? 

 I live just below the arctic circle so we get about 20 hours of sunlight on average during the summer days, i dont know if i can survive that much heat this year without just moving into my freezer.
