From TTC board-Vitex

Hello!

I'm in the TTC category and usually don't venture over to this board very often (hello everyone!). However, I thought my question might get better results over here...

What are your thoughts on Vitex? I obviously know to consult my doctor before taking any hormone altering supplement.  However, I currently have had pretty long cycles coming off BC (I had very regular 28 days cycles before starting the pill 6 years ago) and was wondering if anyone had success with Vitex for helping regulate your cycles and promote O. And subsequently helping with conception.  

I have done some research and found conflicting results. Some say it's great, others say it's terrible. Thoughts? TIA!!
