Twins?

Hi ladies,

So i have a question for you all. My dr just called me with my second blood work. He said it really high at 1800. I was looking at hormone chart and that would put me at 6 weeks. But since i have been doing infertiliy tretment and did insemination on the 9th i know that i will be 3 weekes this coming monday. Has this happend to anyone or do u think it can be twins? I did an u/s before the insemination and i did have 3 eggs.
