Bad cramps today :(

I am 6 weeks 6 days today.  I have had mild period-like cramps occasionally.  However, today at work (Im an RN in an ICU), I began having severe cramps.  They were more intense, and lasted longer than previous ones.  I have to reposition patients almost all day long, some of them are larger people.  I am afraid that maybe I pulled/lifted too much today, or that maybe I just need some rest, or maybe this is completely normal?  Anyway, Im really nervous about it, so Im looking for some reassurance.

 PS:  No bleeding, only cramps
