2nd Trimester

Fruits/Veggies

I'm not super big on eating fresh fruits and veggies...

Every once in a while I'll get bananas or oranges or apples but it's like I can only eat them for 3-4 days and then I just don't have a taste for it. Same with veggies, I'll eat them if we're at someone's house and they have a veggie tray, but I don't regularly stock them in my fridge except on occasion: some carrot sticks or mini tomatoes.

My question is... am I ok with getting away with eating Greek yogurt with the fruit at the bottom (all assorted flavors) with the occasional banana or apple and drinking V8 can on a (usually) daily basis as well as "fruitables" juiceboxes?

I know it's important to eat fresh, but sometimes I just can't do it. I buy the stuff with the intention of eating it, but it usually goes rotten in my fridge (one of the reasons I hate fresh fruits/veggies, their shelf life sucks!)

WDYT?
