2nd Trimester

went to my first prenatal yoga class last night

It was very relaxing and easy going and at first I was disappointed that it wasn't a bit more of a work out.  And I felt a bit silly because at 15 weeks I'm not showing but all the other women were. 

But today I feel GREAT having stretched out my muscles and relaxed a bit.

I think this is going to be a great add to the rest of my pregnancy routine!
