Manual or Electric Breast Pump?

I am a FTM...and I was wondering which type of breast pump everyone suggested. Some women have told me that electric breast pumps don't work as well or as efficiently. Other women swear by them! Others have told me that manual breast pumps...which I have only seen in singles take way too long but suction better and pump better. I am so confused! Please let me know what you guys think!
