When is Nausea suppose to stop and how quickly?

Hey all again...wife wanted me to ask another question! 

How fast does Nausea go away? I'm sure its different for everyone but she is starting her 14th week today and she said the nausea suddenly slowed down the past couple days and she actually felt good today...besides having a headache in its place.

She's a worry wort and wondered if its suppose to stop that fast. I told her isn't that a good thing?
