Early Nesting

So I'm 18 weeks now and I want to clean everything in sight. I just had to take a break from scrubbing the bathroom floor b/c I got a small pain on my right side - I know, I know. I also want to get ride of everything that is crap in my apartment- I want it all gone! I even woke up early so I can do laundry (very unlike me).

Is it too early to be nesting?
