Never feel full but dont want to eat?

I always feel hungry, sometimes so hungry im nauseous, but at the exact same time i dont really want to eat.

AND THEN when i do eat, i dont feel satisfied, it doesnt make the hunger or the nausea go away.

I dont know what to do! It just makes me not want to eat at all....except for the fact that being hungry makes me feel sick UGH. I need some help/sympathy!
