Nothing Is Happening???

I'm 17 weeks pregnant, and it doesn't feel like I am. I mean I don't have any of the symptoms I read and hear other women talk about. Even in the beginning, I didn't have morning sickness or anything! If I didn't see him on the ultrasound, I would't believe that I was. The doctor says everything is fine, and I know this sounds crazy, but sometimes I wish I had heartburn or something to at least make it real. Is anybody out there going through this? I'm going out of my mind hoping everything is okay.
