Do tums interfere with the absorption of vitamins if taking together?

Hi Ladies, 

My acid reflux seems aggravated some days and then others its fine. But I was wondering, if you take tums close to taking your vitamins, do the tums interfere with the absorption of your vitamins?

Thoughts?
