My first baby item...CRYING!

I'm still not planning to buy anything until I'm much farther along, but I got a big surprise and I'm over the moon about it.

 My mom came to visit for my birthday (I live about an hour and a half from my family) and unloaded a BEAUTIFUL bassinet that my uncle hand made. I was excited right off of the bat, but then she told me it was made from the pine wood paneling that he salvaged from my grandmother's house when it was destroyed by Hurricane Opal in 1995. I grew up in that house, and my grandmother passed away 2 years ago, and she was the closest person in the world to me!
